Your Family Deserves the Best — a Law Firm with More Than 35 Years of Experience
Attorney handles all aspects of family law and estate planning in Northampton, Lehigh and Carbon Counties
Mr. Shiroff in the past several months attended a seminar which dealt with the changes to the custody laws and its development over the past two years. The seminar dealt with issues concerning relocation, grandparents rights and the new requirement to disclose prior criminal history for anyone involved in a custody case. He is ready to assist you in these matters and answer your questions concerning the law and court procedures. Mr. Shiroff has again renewed his membership on the Family Law Committee of the Northampton County Bar Association. This is one of the most direct ways to discuss changes in the law with his colleagues and remain current with changes in state and local rules.
Mr. Shiroff recently met with the Court to discuss the new procedure for the Custody Master for Northampton County and help to provide input for the changes that have since been made.
Mr. Shiroff has again been a principal speaker at a seminar dealing with divorce litigation from start to finish. He spoke about the trial of a divorce case from start to finish, pre-trial motions and settlement strategies, and all other aspects of a marital dissolution. The seminar took place in Allentown in mid-August.
Last week Mr. Shiroff was one of two lecturers to the family law class of the People’s Law School given at Northampton Community College.
